My approach to impact:

I bring pragmatism, compassion, and a relentless focus on measurable results to everything I do. You could say I'm more of a "Goal Crusher" than a "Goal Getter." For me, it's about empowering people to be better than they were yesterday – and, if they're truly committed, to reach their absolute best.

My CliftonStrengths themes – Strategic, Individualization, Maximizer, Activator, and Focus – reflect my natural ability to identify potential, optimize performance, and drive action. That's what drives me; that's my "why".

I'm a lifelong student of human behavior and organizational psychology, and I'm fueled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge. I sincerely believe in continuous improvement and exploring the world. Right now, I'm especially fascinated by the impact of AI on productivity, workplaces, and society as a whole. I'm excited to be working on a Certification in "AI & Career Empowerment" with the University of Maryland.

As a Certified Professional Coach and Executive Leadership Intensives Master Practitioner, I love working one-on-one with leaders in establishing goals, developing skills, and working through the roadblocks that have held them back.  Our work includes leveraging CliftonStrengths to gain deeper insights not only into natural abilities, but what happens when strengths get over-leveraged or starved and end up working against you.  Armed with this new level of self-awareness, we are enabled for more effective coaching and strategic alignment to unlock new levels of reflection. Armed with this insight, we can then transform natural talents into true strengths – helping them achieve goals that once seemed impossible. 

 

As an Organizational Strategist, my greatest joy comes from helping companies achieve substantial, tangible results – taking organizations to new levels of success while empowering their employees to thrive. As a certified practitioner in Myers-Briggs (ENFJ - a charismatic leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for inspiring others) and DiSC (Di - Driven to achieve results with enthusiasm and a focus on action), I leverage these assessments to gain deeper insights into organizational dynamics, team effectiveness, and strategic alignment. When companies and people thrive, that's when I'm doing my best work!
