Service Description

There is no predictable career ladder in today's workplace. Navigating your career now means being able to adapt and own your own path. I partner with my clients to help you find your path so that you can take charge and plan the next move—whether it's choosing a career, negotiating a promotion, or changing fields. How? By identifying your strengths, your core values, building confidence, and setting goals that align with those to remove the roadblocks that keep you from stepping into your greatness. Working with me means you will learn to leverage your unique skills and passions to create a flexible career path that stays true to your values and allows you to adapt as needed. I'll work with you to help you understand the new rules of work, foster a career vision, create a career map, and know your worth... and add tax! Payment: Individual sessions are $175/session and are due upon approval of the requested appointment time. Discounts are offered for booking multiple sessions in advance. A partial scholarship may be offered for BIPOC, women/non-binary/trans, and LGPTQ professionals made possible through grant sponsorship for the 2021 calendar year or until funding runs out. Cancellation Policy

In order to reschedule appointments, 24 hours advance notice is required. The VIP Lab reserves the right to retain the full fee for any sessions that are not canceled with a 24-hour notice.
