People & Culture Needs Assessment

Service Description

Having appropriate organizational HR infrastructure takes your company to the next level. Select this needs assessment to schedule 1.5 hours worth of time to complete a needs evaluation to identify opportunities to improve your workplace people and culture policies and procedures. Based on the conversation, a proposal will be provided with a customized plan to address your pain points with pricing for your review and approval. The price of evaluation is equitable to 3 hours of consulting services and will be invoiced at the time of the meeting. Should the client engage in services, the client will receive 1.5 hours of consulting time credit.
