Service Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a certified Gallup Executive Coach, who will help you discover your distinctive strengths and leverage them to achieve your goals. This experience will enable you to gain deep insights, strengthen your relationships, and empower you to be the best version of yourself. Included in this package: - 3.5 total hours of 1-on-1 coaching structured as follows: a. 1-hour Introductory call to establish your goals b. 1.5-hour Individual Strengths Discovery Session c. 1-hour call for specific action planning, goal setting, and follow up Also included: - Gallup Discover Your Strengths book - Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment - Gallup Top 5 Strengths Report - Additional personalized, in-depth Strengths analysis -Tailored tools to leverage your strengths to address your specific goals
Cancellation Policy
Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined within your Client Welcome Guide, refunds and cancellations will be considered individually, at the discretion of The VIP Lab. We ask the Client to be committed to the process and respectful of our business, and we commit to offering grace when needed. In general, these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: 1). The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 12.5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to andraya@theviplab.com. 2). Once the Client has scheduled sessions with The VIP Lab, they are considered set appointments. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If the need arises, the Client is welcome to request a session reschedule, provided they give us at least 24 hours' notice in advance. This flexibility is designed to accommodate your needs as much as possible. 3). Any missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. 4). If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, we want to reassure you that you have Options. You have up to six (6) months to use any unused sessions. You may also request a refund for the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, with a 20% transaction fee deducted. We aim to provide a safety net for our clients, ensuring your peace of mind. FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIBERS AND MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS: A ONE TIME $50 non-refundable set up and processing fee is applied to all monthly subscriptions and monthly payment plans.
