In today's world, it's more important than ever to also ensure that you are leading equitably. As an Executive Coach, I work with my clients to guide support them as they discover how to lead even more effectively, and inclusively. Our work will be centered on discovering the importance of establishing a foundation and direction for your teams, creating a compelling vision that your employees can believe in, how to foster an inclusive organization that allows your employees to bring their whole selves to work, thereby allowing your organization to achieve new heights of success and drive innovation, and much more. Cancellation Policy

In order to reschedule appointments, 24 hours advance notice is required. The VIP Lab reserves the right to retain the full fee for any sessions that are not canceled with a 24-hour notice.
